LIST OF PARTIAL FINISHING WORK

Foundation

Foundation design of monolithic reinforced concrete.

Underground parking
300 mm thick parking outside walls of precast basement wall blocks with monolithic vertical inserts between them. The walls are insulated on the outside with 100 mm expanded polystyrene thermal insulation layer.
Columns and staircase walls of monolithic reinforced concrete.

Exterior walls
Exterior walls - 250 mm Aeroc porous concrete blocks, with 230 mm Neopor thermal insulation. Facade cladding layer - light colour plaster.
1-3 storey inner surface of outer walls is plastered.
Attic walls from oblique combined wooden constructions, thermally insulated with 370 mm thick rock wool. Attic wall coverings - grooved sheet . Inner surfaces of these walls are lined with a double layer of plasterboard, leaving visible wood load-bearing structures.
Design thermal conductivity coefficient of the external wall u = 0.12 W/m²K, and the resistance, accordingly R= 8.33 m²K/W.

Internal walls and
partitions
Walls between the apartments - Aeroc porous concrete blocks 300 mm thick: 100 mm Aeroc porous concrete blocks + 50 mm thick mineral wool sound insulation + 150 mm Aeroc porous concrete blocks.
This design meets the requirements for class B acoustic comfort.
Sanitary room partitions - 100 mm Aeroc porous concrete bricks. Wall surfaces of these partitions - plastered, not puttied, not painted.

Flooring and ceilings

Floorings - concrete/monolithic. Ceiling not plastered, without any decoration.

Roof 
Roof - combined wooden structures, thermally insulated with 480 mm mineral wool layer, not operated. Roof covering - bitumen welded coating.
Design thermal conductivity coefficient of the roof - 0.1 W/m²K , respectively, the resistance R= 10.0 m²•K/W.

Floor
Floors in stairwells, lounges and commercial areas are made of stone tiles. Cement layer thickness 90 mm and rock wool 50 mm. The design meets the requirements for ceilings between floors. Parking floor on the ground - reinforced concrete.

Windows and
window sills

Windows - wood, triple-pane glass insulation unit. Window heat conduction factor - 0.9 W/m²K.
External windowsills - tin-coated polyester, inner - Not installed.

Doors
Entrance to the apartment - single armoured sandwich door with sound insulation and two locks. Door with a peephole. Internal apartment doors are not installed.
 
Floor
The layer of concrete on concrete soundproof panels is equipped in the entire apartment.
Floor coverings on concrete layer are not installed.

Balconies / terraces
Balcony floors - reinforced concrete slab. They are connected to the ceiling with thermal joints, to avoid cold bridges. Upper panel finish - natural concrete without additional waterproofing and coatings, lower - painted. Mounted tempered glass railings. Terrace deck - wooden planks.

Heating
Collector type district heating system. Apartments have - underfloor heating. Apartment bath heating piping is connected to the district heating system to the heating device (towel rail), which during the heating season will run from the apartment heating system and during the summer - using the electrical heater. Heating metering system is installed.
Stairwells have lower connection radiators with integrated thermostatic valves and thermostatic heads.
Underground parking and its technical premises - no heating.

Ventilation
The apartments are designed with recuperating ventilation system. Each apartment is provided with an individual ventilation recuperator. Ventilation recuperator systems are provided with automation, which allows to program different ventilation mode during work days and weekends. Fresh air in the apartments is supplied to the residential rooms and bedrooms, and extracted out of the kitchens, toilets and shower rooms.
Apartments are equipped with exhaust air ducts from kitchen hoods.

Air conditioning
Horizontal ducts in the rooms are not covered.
The house has indoor cooling system. The project has the installation locations of the cooling unit (air conditioner) on the roof. The device itself - not installed.

Water supply
Connected to the district mains network. The house is equipped with hot and cold water stands. Pipes are laid to the sanitary and kitchen appliances provided in the project, and completed with nozzles with blind flanges. Cold and hot water meters will be installed in the apartment. Plumbing devices are not installed.

Wastewater
Household waste water stands are installed. Pipes with blind flanges will be constructed to the sanitary and kitchen appliances as provided in the project.

Power supply
The electrical metering of common premises and apartments equipped. Inside the apartment there will be an electrical panel with automatic breakers and voltage. The apartment will have electrical wiring with copper conductors, with a double insulation, fire retardant, and hidden distribution boxes. Sockets, switches and lighting fixtures are not installed.


Weak currents
The low voltage networks (television, telephone) switching box is installed on each floor, in the staircase. From it, PVC installation pipes are led to the apartment, the apartment will have the low voltage wiring distribution box. Pipes for telephone, cable television cable is from the staircase communication box to the apartment distribution box. The apartment will have communication wiring with copper conductors, and hidden distribution boxes. Telephone, television, internet sockets are not installed. Fire sensors are fitted in accordance with the project requirements. 

Video surveillance
System

A video phone system is equipped. The residents will see who is calling the apartment door at the entrance gate to the courtyard and at the stairwell door. The resident can enter the apartment by unblocking the electromagnetic lock, using a button or an individual password.

Lightning protection
Lightning protection system has an active lightning conductor, connected to the grounding system.

 
  COMMON AREAS

Stairwells, halls
Staircases - precast concrete stairs, landings and flights. Intermediate stair flights are supported on the monolithic walls of the staircases through acoustic boxes. This solution provides superior acoustic comfort class. Entrance doors to the building's stairwells - aluminium frame with glass insulating unit, and built-in video telephone lock. Wall finish - plastering and painting. Ceiling - suspended, Armstrong type. Mounted light fixtures, motion controlled, and heating devices. Stairs and landings are covered with stone tiles. Handrails - metal.

Elevators
The house equipped with Schindler elevators. Load-bearing structure of the elevators well - metal. Well diaphragm walls - tempered glass.

Landscaping
Equipped: children playground, benches. Pavement, sidewalks, landscaping, street and yard lighting, and other environmental arrangement elements are installed in accordance with the site plan. Patio - closed, only for residents and their guests.

Underground parking and
bicycle storages

Columns not plastered, not painted. Ceiling - insulated with 60 mm thick rock wool. The inner surface of the external walls - plastered, not painted. Floor - concrete layer without painting. Marking out of parking spaces is carried out in accordance with the project.

Internal walls and partitions - brick or masonry blocks (not plastered, not painted) the upper part of all (with the exception of the technical premises) inside partitions - metal mesh. Surface-mounted electrical wiring, lighting fixture in every closet, a switch, and painted metal locked doors.
The entrance to the underground parking through the automatic lifted gate with automatic drive.

Waste collection scheme
The room is on the first floor of the building near the entrance to the underground car park. It is entered from the street. The room is equipped with a ventilation system.
