Hotel sale-purchase agreement signed in Vilnius

On 16 July 2018, UAB Merko bustas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB Hekon, subsidiary of Orbis S.A., signed a sale-purchase agreement on sale of Merko bustas developed “ibis” hotel at Rinktinės str. 18, Vilnius, together with parking places and part of the land plot. The sale price of the hotel is 8.7 million euros plus VAT.
